On the other hand, the monitoring, and revision of the university’s VMGO was full deliberated and approved by the CHMSU Board of Regents on May 12, 2022 with resolution no. 20, s. 2022.
The existing VMGO of the college has been a product of the collaborative effort of the various stakeholders of the University. Academic and administrative council and likewise the Board of regents had gone through the process of scholarly discussion and deliberation before its approval and implementation. As feedback during the presentation of the VMGO, stakeholders express their comments and suggestions on the feedback form.
I.1. The institution conducts a review on the statement of the Vision and Mission as well as its goals and program objectives for the approval of the authorities concerned.
I.2. The College/Academic Unit follows a system of formulating its goals and objectives of the program.

Through the Center for Internationalization and External Relations (CIER), Carlos Hilado Memorial State University leads the dissemination and presentation of the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) in all school activities, including joint projects and collaborations with partner agencies. Faculty and students actively incorporate the VMGO into their activities both inside and outside the school. Faculty members distribute flyers containing the VMGO, particularly to freshmen. Each academic year, the Guidance Office conducts a General Orientation for first-year students and their parents or guardians. Additionally, the College of Education organizes an orientation at the start of each school year to reinforce the school’s thrusts, with a special focus on the department's Goals and Objectives.
