Laboratories have been purported to promote a number of goals for students, most of which are also the goals of science education in general (Lunetta, 1998; Hofstein and Lunetta, 1982). Laboratory experiences may enhance students understanding of specific scientific facts and concepts and of the way in which these facts and concepts are organized in the scientific disciplines.

Laboratory experiences may promote students’ ability to identify questions and concepts that needs scientific ways. Carlos Hilado Memorial State College – Binalbagan Campus is doing its best to let the students experience how laboratory works are done. With this, Chemistry, Physics and Biology laboratories are provided by the institution. BEED, BSED and BTLED programs are occupying these laboratories during Science classes.
