Specific Student Rules and Procedures
Basic student rules are found in the classroom management plan.
This paper needs to be kept in the studentโs math binder the entire school year.
1) Be prepared and on time every day. The student needs a textbook, pencil, paper, and calculator. I do not have any you can borrow.
2) Show your Work! Unless otherwise instructed, students will not receive credit for answers on which they do not show their work.
3) Homework (IP) should be completed before coming into the classroom the next day.
4) Boardwork (BW) should be quietly started before the tardy bell rings.
5) Be quiet and seated anytime a teacher is teaching the class or has a guest in the room.
6) No paper footballs, airplanes, hornets, or wads are allowed. No throwing anything in the classroom.
7) No rubber bands, whiteout, or markers are allowed.
8) Do not leave anything, including trash, in or around your desk when you leave.
9) Do not write on the desks or anything else in the room except for loose leaf paper.
10) Do not erase anything your teacher has written on the board or move the eraser.
11) Work until you finish your work, your teacher tells you to stop, or the bell rings.
12) Label your paper with name, date, period before you begin.
13) The student is responsible for covering their answers when testing. In cases of cheating, zeros may be given to both parties.
14) The student is responsible for obtaining and completing any makeup work. If you know you will be out, try to get your work in advance. It should also be available on my website.
15) Do Right.
