TalentEd Records

Employees can access and submit changed for commonly used payroll forms such as W-4's, FMLA requests, and graduate credit approval by logging into their TalentEd Records account.  These forms can be found after logging in by clicking on "Available Forms".  If an employee opens an Available Form in error, you may delete the requested form by going to your "My tasks" and choosing the delete option next to that form.  

Employees can only delete forms that they initiated.  Any form that has been requested by Human Resources does not have the option to be deleted by the employee.

All forms are in an e-form format and should be completed and submit electronically.  They will be routed to the appropriate approver(s) once submitted by the employee.  

If you have forgotten your password for logging into TalentEd Records, please utitlize the forgot password option at the login screen.  

Steps to submit/update an Available Form


CREDIT APPROVAL FORMS: IMPORTANT!  If you are submitting multiple graduate credit or industry credit approval forms, you MUST wait until the most recent form you submitted has been approved before archiving and submitting a new one. If it has not been approved, it will archive the prior e-form and it will never get approved.  For information on viewing the approval status, please visit the Graduate Credit Approval Instructions on the Salary Schedules Page

Online Personnel File Viewing

Employees are also able to view their personnel file from within their secure TalentEd records account.  Once logged in, you will select "files" to gain access**.  

**Note: File folder access is limited based on the content of each of the online folders.  If you need access to a specific document you do not see, please contact Human Resources.
