The District no longer utilizes FTJ for voluntary plan enrollments. Employees that previously were enrolled in the Ameritas Dental Basic plan may continue with their current plan. Employees enrolled in EyeMed and Ameritas Dental Premium plans will all have plans terminate as of 12/31/2021.

Eligible employees of the Chillicothe R-II School District can enroll or make changes to Ameritas Dental or EyeMed Vision plans through the ftjconnect.com website. New user login information can be found in the FTJ Connect Flyer below. Please note that changes outside of open enrollment or new hire windows can only be made with an IRS defined qualifying event.
