To make changes to your health, life, & other voluntary insurance plans during open enrollment or with an IRS defined qualifying event, please visit BenefitSolver and complete the change request. When registering for the first time, you will need our Company Key, MET. All changes will be subject to approval.
Open Enrollment
2024-2025 open enrollment will be held from Tuesday April 30, 2024-Monday May 6, 2024* for a July 1st effective date.
*Note: These dates will be updated for each fiscal year enrollment once they are set by MET.
Employees must log into their BenefitSolver.com account to make any changes to their current elections. Changes can not be made outside of this open enrollment period without an IRS defined qualifying event. The District can not make exceptions to these IRS rules.

Health Plan Documents - Reference Center
Benefitsolver will automatically deduct the $576 (July 2024) board paid health insurance portion during your enrollment. However, to calculate the employee portion outside of the enrollment, you would just deduct a total of $576 from each premium line on the above plan documents to see the premium cost to the employee.
The District will apply the $131 difference of the premium for Plan 16 and the board paid $576 to the employees' Health Savings Account (HSA).
You can access your personal health insurance information by registering with Anthem for health insurance and MaxorPlus for prescription information.

An online personal account will allow you to view claims, find preferred providers, view/print your ID card, check prescription prices, and much more.

BenefitSolver also has a reference center available for employees with current plan information and documents. Please follow the steps below for accessing these documents.
Log into BenefitSolver
On the top menu, click on the Reference Center drop down and then "Reference Center"
A separate window will open.
Choose "Chillicothe" in the folder options.
A listing is now shown for any plan document folders available.
Click on the folder you would like information on to see what is available.
