Former employees that have exhausted CIGNA Vision & Dental COBRA benefits, declined COBRA, or are ineligible for COBRA may enroll in an individual vision or dental plan.  The District has put together a short list of policy options from the companies we have worked with. These plans are listed below along with contact information if not included in the flyer.  The District does not handle any of these enrollments.
