As you prepare for your upcoming maternity leave, please follow these steps to initiate the FMLA process:
Log into TalentEd Records: Start by logging into your TalentEd Records account.
Access Available Forms: Navigate to the "Available Forms" section on the left side menu.
Select the FMLA Request E-Form: Choose the FMLA e-form to begin your request for FMLA leave.
Once submitted, you will receive a determination regarding your FMLA eligibility. If you are not eligible for FMLA, please be aware that you are still entitled to maternity leave under our board policy (see below for links).
