A Wellness Champion is a Cherry Creek School District employee with a commitment and passion to health and wellness who acts as a liaison between Organizational Wellness and their building. They are messengers and motivators that assist in the implementation and coordination of district and building wellness initiatives. Wellness Champions share information, engage and inspire colleagues to participate in wellness programs, and create excitement around leading a healthy lifestyle.

Wellness Champions are eligible for a tiered stipend based on their engagement and leadership in building a stronger wellness culture. The incentive plan rewards efforts such as sharing resources, promoting wellness challenges, organizing site-level activities, and supporting staff wellbeing — offering both recognition and real value for your time and commitment.
Wellness Champions have access to a dedicated Google Shared Drive filled with tools, resources, meeting recordings, and inspiration from fellow Champions across the district. It’s your central hub for staying connected and up-to-date.
To access it, log into Google Drive using your CCSD credentials and navigate to Shared Drives → Wellness Champions.
If you are a current Champion and do NOT have access, please email Tom Rosh, Assistant Director of Organizational Wellness, for support.
