All benefits-eligible employees in Cherry Creek School District are able to enroll in our digital wellness platform, Healthy Habit Hub (powered by Personify Health). This is a FREE wellness benefit that CCSD provides to its benefits-eligible employees.  The easiest way to get started is to first register at join.personifyhealth.com/CCSD (see the enrollment instructions below for more information).  You must use your CCSD email address to create your free account.  Once you have an account, download the Personify Health mobile app to your phone and start enjoying all of its great features.  

Once enrolled you’ll be able to:

·   Track a variety of health & wellness stats (steps, workouts, blood pressure, sleep, mindful minutes etc).

·   Receive curated wellness content on topics that are personalized and of interest to YOU.

·   Create and participate in wellness challenges with your colleagues, coworkers, spouse and friends.

·   Create social groups to discuss your favorite hobbies and plan events/meet-ups.

·   Invite your spouse or domestic partner to enroll in the program for FREE!

·   Earn points and receive drawing entries towards Personify Rewards Cash that you can redeem to purchase gift cards, wellness items from the Personify Health store, or use your earnings to donate to a charity of your choice.
