Join 2025-2026 online classes**:
**Please note : By submitting the registration form to join the online classes, you are agreeing to all the "Class rules" under "Online Class Guidelines" section, and to all the rules under "Terms and Conditions" section as stated. Parents/students must review the two sections in details before register.
Please note: For security reason, ALL students MUST attend the online classes with their camera ON.
To join the 2025-2026 online classes starting Oct 4, please complete the online registration request form below.
There will be 27 classes per course in 2025-2026 school year.

To register:
Step 1 - click on the link below, fill in the information, agreed on rules and conditions, answer picture security questions, and submit the registration request form.
After submit, you will receive a copy of the form from Google forms (forms-receipts-noreply@google.com). Please verify the information you have submitted, make any required changes within 2 day if needed, or inform CHELP of the changes required request@chelpschool.com

After registering, you will receive email on payment or aptitude test information, payment will only go thru request@chelpschool.com (the official CHELP school email address).
Please noted, the form is to "request" for registration and to request for aptitude test only, this is NOT a confirmation of registration.
Information required on the form - student’s full name, courses, class time, parent’s cell phone number for text message contact, preferred gmail address to receive and access the online class link, homework and classwork (if applicable).
Gmail address must be provided to receive and access classwork/homework.
CHELP is using Google Drive to handle classwork/homework, and also most teachers are using Google classroom to accept homework submission. So Gmail address must be used.
Can NOT use school board email address to receive and access classwork/homework doc !
because the school board's email address domain disallows "share file", so can not access homework doc sent from Google Drive.icloud email address is also not accepted.
Due to the high volume of access problems when Gmail is not used, only Gmail address is accepted to receive and access classwork/homework. Extra administration charge of $60 per course will be applied if Gmail address is not used.
Step 2 - after CHELP has reviewed the registration form, we will contact you thru email to arrange aptitude test, or to provide the total annual fee due.
Please WAIT until you have received confirmation/response email from CHELP first, before sending the fee !
The total annual fee is due on receiving our confirmation/response. Please send the total annual fee by E-transfer to request@chelpschool.com, and please ensure to put the student's full name on the message/comment.
You will receive a confirmation email after the total annual fee is received.
Please noted, your registration is NOT completed/accepted, until the total annual fee is received/accepted by CHELP.
Must refer to the "Online Class Guidelines" section for guidelines, and detail steps on how to join the online class on Saturday !!
