Cedar Hill Collegiate Prep PTA is proud to be working toward earning our 6th consecutive National PTA School of Excellence designation! This honor recognizes PTAs and schools that make intentional, positive changes to strengthen family–school partnerships and enhance the educational experience for every scholar.

As part of the program, National PTA requires both a beginning-of-year survey and an end-of-year survey. Your feedback helps us identify strengths, highlight opportunities for growth, and set meaningful goals for our school community.

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes to complete and is open to anyone who supports the Collegiate Prep school community and is committed to enriching our scholars’ educational experience—parents, caregivers, grandparents, staff, and friends alike. The more voices we hear, the stronger our collective impact will be.
