Please note I will send the cleaners after your stay, so don't leave anything out that you don't want them to dispose of. They'll put away anything that belongs to the house.

Please do the following:

• Take out the trash

• Wash the dishes

  • Feel free to hand wash or use the dishwasher - packs are under the sink

  • New sponges are under the sink. Hand dishwashing liquid is out of the dispenser

  • You can leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, the cleaners will put them away

• Close all the windows - salty air is not good for metal (including wires) inside the house

  • Close the blinds in the MBR

  • Close the blinds in the downstairs ensuite, the kids room, and the upstairs living room

    • Leave the blinds above the robot camera up enough so the camera can watch the boardwalk

  • Close the blinds in the kitchen facing the courtyard

    • You move them up and down simply by grabbing them and moving them

  • Leave the blinds in the dining room to the beach open - it's how we monitor the weather from the Nest Cam

• Close and latch both patio doors

  • Dining room patio door latches when down

  • MBR patio door latches when up

• Turn off all the lights

• When locking the front door, please pull and hold the door towards you after pressing the bottom button until fully locked

  • Please check that the door is fully locked

The trash is located behind #114's trash bin outside. When you go out down the path, you'll see #114's. Ours is behind theirs. Walk around it to the other side. There are two metal trash bins. Place the trash inside the bin. All trash must be in bags. Extra kitchen bags are in the cleaning supplies closet under the stairs (it's the door you see when you come into the house).
