With rapid technological advancements, software can quickly become obsolete, and companies may adopt new options for cost-effectiveness. This presentation uses Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model to help employees understand the benefits and accessibility features of Microsoft Teams. It will also provide a clear timeline and outline the transition period for moving from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams, ensuring a smooth shift for collaborative tasks. 

By creating a presentation to educate the employees of Quad Corp on the change management plan for the transition from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams, we will ensure all employees are educated on the technology infrastructure in use as we move to a more modern product. By utilizing Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, we will improve the level of understanding of the new product and create excitement and buy-in at all levels. This ensures employees are educated, excited, and will be able to effectively use the new tool on the first day of transition.
