Adults in corporate, educational, or government are all required to receive, send, or monitor electronic mail (Email) as part of their job function. Many adults are unfamiliar with the proper etiquette, functionality, basic requirements, or effective practices while using Email. The focus of this educational product is applicable to multiple email services, such as Microsoft Outlook.

We created an engaging interactive infographic using Genially to teach adult learners how to improve their email etiquette.

Creating an online and technology based interactive learning activity demonstrates proficiency with both content knowledge and pedagogy. This learning activity will be employed within a digital learning environment, ensuring learners are able to access an effective, engaging, and repeatable product from any location where the appropriate technology is available. We used the ASSURE ID model to make the interactive infographic more engaging and effective. The model provides a comprehensive approach from understanding learner needs to evaluating knowledge transfer to measure the effectiveness of the interactive activity in order to identify if adjustments are needed.
