Online Yoga with Charis is for you to keep yourself accountable even when the yoga seems hard to reach. Starting with a Thursday Class from 11am-12pm, lets find ways to keep you practicing when life gets hard.
This virtual Class is available to all through the Charis Yoga Membership, the Conscious Committment Pass, and on a drop in basis.

Chill hatha flow exploring breath, bandha, and concious movement ending with a 10 min guided meditation
Wed 8.15pm-9pm
A gentle and slow yoga session designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep. 30 mins of breath and gentle movement and poses followed by a 15 minute guided meditation to fall asleep to.
