Commencing 6th April, we are holding Charis Yoga classes at Fochabers Institute for our Monday yoga practice. Our Monday class is a hatha flow class where we explore how our body moves in the breath, how we focus attention and awareness on the body, and finishing up with a guided meditation to help settle the mind. Accessible for beginners and masters alike.
7pm-8pm on Monday evenings in the meeting room (accessible from the side door where the ramp is)
Wear comfy clothes to move in Feel free to bring your own mat, blocks, and belt but there are some to borrow if you haven't got your own kit.
