This outdoor Hatha Flow class in Cooper Park is your midweek anchor — a chance to stretch out under the open sky, build strength with softness, and let your nervous system unclench a little. Expect slow, intentional movement, space to notice what’s actually going on in your body, and zero pressure to “get it right.”
