Hi, I’m Charis (she/they). I teach yoga in Elgin for the yoga-curious, the gently skeptical, and anyone craving a practice that feels real, respectful, and just a little bit fun.

Upside Down Club
Headstands, arm balances & inversion yoga practice
Upside Down Club is a monthly practice session dedicated to inversion practices such as; headstand, handstand, arm balances, and shoulder stands. With guidance, support, and assistance available from an experienced upside down yoga teacher, you can build the confidence and stability required in body and mind for an effective and mindful inversion practice.
All you need to bring is comfy, secure clothing and your persona yoga mat if you wish - we have all equipment necessary for a safe and fun yoga inversion practice. No need to buy new kit.
Attendees will have inversions already part of their practice. Newcomers to inversions are suggested to attend an Upside Down workshop at Elgin Yoga Centre prior to attending Upside Down Club to ensure they understand the basics and have a safe knowledge of inversion practice prior.
