Schedule Change Request
Please submit this form for a schedule change request. Your counselor will contact you with questions or to discuss the change, if necessary. Please note, one of the following criteria must be met to have a schedule change:
Student schedule does not include the minimum required number of 6 classes each semester;
Adjustments due to the successful completion of summer coursework or summer school;
Error in a student’s schedule due to academic misplacement;
Error in a student’s schedule due to clerical mistake;
Adding a course without altering the original schedule.
Students may add a course when enrollment permits and without any alteration to the student's original schedule.
Students may not make the following schedule changes:
Lunch period changes
Shuffling class periods for Open Campus, teacher changes, etc.
Elective changes
