Membership is open to 7th and 8th graders who:
maintain High Honor Roll for the eligibility year
complete 30 extracurricular service hours in school and/or the community
participate in the NJHS service project(s) and fundraiser(s)
serve as leaders and role models
have no disciplinary infractions
