Basket Books

We have some books in baskets in both green and red dot sections. These are typically leveled readers and great for beginning readers.

Purple Dot Non-fiction

We have a section of non-fiction we have created to help our young readers who love informational books instead of picture books. Some may call this section "Easy Non-fiction".

Non-fiction

Non-fiction is our informational section. We have books about outer space, animals, vehicles, sports, countries and states, poetry, war, ancient civilizations, and more! Come learn something new!

Social Emotional Learning Concepts (SEL)

We have a nice selection of read aloud books that cover social and emotional learning concepts: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making.

William Allen White Nominees (WAW)

Each year we keep the current year's William Allen White (WAW) nominated books on a shelf in the front of the library for easy access.
