We are a performance-based organization. Our performances must be innovative, beautifully crafted, and pursue the highest standard in their category. This is a high bar, but provides the necessary challenge to provide everyone involved the pride, satisfaction, and exuberance that comes with superior performance.

Band is a demanding activity. Students and directors alike push themselves to the limit…and then continue pushing; keeping members safe and healthy is of utmost importance. We respect our time together and honor the demands of school and home life.

It takes a village to raise our children. We strive to engage our community by actively seeking collaboration and feedback towards improving our band program. And this isn’t just about those who have students in our band—it’s about families, school administration, teachers, students, business partners, and people in general.

Human potential is one of the most amazing aspects of working with young people. We will use our voice to fight for the things we care about in the hopes that those listening will be inspired to take action.
