iPhone:
- If you get a message saying the account you are logging in from is not a school account, you are probably using more than one account on your phone. Select “Try Another Account” and select your CyFair account.
Android:
- The CyFair system applies policies whenever you are logged into a student account, so you have to accept policies that the district will apply. Some android phones require you to download a policy manager to access these policies. Don't freak out! These policies are only in place when you are logged into and using a school account (such as Google Classroom).
- BEFORE you set up Google Classroom, make sure your @stu.cfisd.net email account is set up on your phone.
- Go to Settings
- Accounts
- Add Account
- Enter your phone password
- Enter your school email and password, then just keep clicking next until there are no more changes to make.
- The policy may make you change their password to a longer one (6 digits).
- If you get an error message saying “Your admin hasn't activated Classroom…”
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to get to the notification center.
- You should see a Google Account Action waiting, click through it (see step 2)
- You may not have made a change that the district policy required, or have tried to log in directly through Classroom without setting up the account first.
