Our handbook states our restaurant's policies and guidelines.
Please complete the form and place it in the black box outside the office. The form will be placed in the HR Director's box for processing. Direct Deposit takes 2-3 pay periods to go through.
At Chick-fil-A Victorville, we utilize the Accountability Points System (A.P.S.) in order to ensure that all team members are held accountable fairly and equally on issues that are common in the restaurant industry.

Our expectation is that if you experience the listed symptoms in our health policy you will notify a leader (person-in-charge).
Chick-fil-A Victorville strongly encourages team members to avoid romantic relationships with co-workers because of potential complications in the workplace. Personal relationships should not become a distraction or negatively impact any employee’s ability to work effectively. Although this policy does not prevent the development of friendships or romantic relationships between co-workers, it does establish boundaries as to how relationships are conducted during working hours and within the working environment.
Our expectation is that you will contact HR Director, if you begin a relationship so all parties involved can review this policy together.
Team Members are expected to present a professional appearance (neat and well-groomed) with good hygiene Must show up to work in a clean, full Chick-fil-A uniform: polo/chef coat, pants or skirt, belt, nametag and Shoes for Crews shoes
Utilize their current Restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc. Company Operated Restaurants.
