Directors are senior-level leaders responsible for the large areas of the restaurant. Directors are responsible for store profitability, overall guest and team experience, and setting the store vision and goals. Directors think about things such as food and labor cost, food safety, restaurant cleanliness, CEM scores, staffing, and more.
Eligibility for Director includes:
Must meet Director scheduling requirements
Must be able to commit for 1 year.
Must consistently meet or exceed Shift Leader expectations.
Full-time availability including Friday and Saturday
