Performance reviews occur at the following intervals: 30 days (Initial Review) | 60 days | 90 days (If Needed) | Semi-Annual (If Needed) | Annual

You and your supervisor will work together to develop an action plan. This plan outlines steps and goals to help you enhance your performance and grow within our organization. Please participate in this process and look for guidance whenever you need it.
Continual Improvement: We view performance reviews as an ongoing process. Your feedback and progress will be revisited regularly to ensure you are on track to meet your goals and contribute to the success of Chick-fil-A Vicksburg.
