At Chick-fil-A Vicksburg, we are committed to ensuring the growth and development of our team members. We conduct performance reviews regularly to maintain our high standards of excellence and provide you with the support you need. These reviews assess your work performance against our core values and the "10 Things That Require No Talent." The feedback you receive will help you grow personally and professionally.

Performance reviews occur at the following intervals: 30 days (Initial Review) | 60 days | 90 days (If Needed) | Semi-Annual (If Needed) | Annual

Understanding the Results: After your performance review, you will receive feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement. We believe in open and honest communication to help you understand your progress and reach your full potential.

You and your supervisor will work together to develop an action plan. This plan outlines steps and goals to help you enhance your performance and grow within our organization. Please participate in this process and look for guidance whenever you need it.

Continual Improvement: We view performance reviews as an ongoing process. Your feedback and progress will be revisited regularly to ensure you are on track to meet your goals and contribute to the success of Chick-fil-A Vicksburg.
