This responsibility is exclusively operational. Team Leaders spend nearly all their time working a position, with few administrative duties.

Consistently using language that prioritizes the following of Chick-fil-A recipes and proven processes (e.g., “According to ..” / “Utilizing the Sidekicks, we see...“)
Identifying and correcting any variation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. brand standards with others in a way that is clear, kind, and encouraging.
Coach:
Connecting personally with team members to welcome them, especially as they join the team.

Consistently modeling and maintaining operating standards and food safety compliance under demanding conditions
Observing and proactively coaching CTs and team members to help them develop
Documenting observations for the trainers to provide end-of-shift feedback
