Uniform Ordering

Chick-fil-A Locust Grove will provide you a uniform consisting of a polo, pants, belt, and name tag.  Kitchen team members may order a hat.  The number of pants and polos is determined by the number of hours worked in one week.  You may purchase additional uniform items, if you wish. 

You must provide solid black non-slip, oil-resistant shoes.  Our preferred brand is Shoes for Crews.  Other brands include Treadsafe from Walmart or Skechers Work.
