Trainer

We are excited that you are looking to pursue a new opportunity with Chick-fil-A Locust Grove. Trainers are responsible for conducting initial training as well as recertification of Team Members in their assigned area of the business. The goal of the Trainer role is to ensure the team is knowledgeable about Chick-fil-A standards and expectations.

To be considered for this role, you must complete the following development checklist and reflection guide. Upon completion of prerequisite materials, you may submit an Expression of Interest for this role. 

If selected for this role, Trainers will receive additional responsibility (outlined in the Trainer Job Description), a Title Change/Add to their nametag, and a pay incentive.
