Shift Leader

If you have proven success in the Trainer role and are looking to take on the next area of additional responsibility, then you are in the right spot! Shift Leaders are responsible for leading shifts in their assigned area of the restaurant and the successful completion of shift operations, cash management functions, and customer experience scores. They also are to manage & lead the team to the completion of restaurant systems.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven a successful track record in your current role of Area Leader as well as have completed the pre-requisite Pathway training. Upon completion of the prerequisites, you may submit an Expression of Interest for this role. 

If selected for this role, Shift Leaders will receive additional responsibility (outlined in the Shift Leader Job Description), a uniform change (Walker Button Up Shirt), will now be a key holder in the business, and will receive a pay incentive.
