If you have proven success in the Shift Leader role and are looking to take on the next area of additional responsibility, then you are in the right spot! Managers are responsible for overseeing the restaurant (both Front and Back of House) on assigned shifts, aiding in the development of our Team Members and Leaders, as well as owning a specific area of the restaurant.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven a successful track record in your current role as Shift Leader, have a heart for Chick-fil-A, have a good rapport with other Leaders and Team Members, and have completed your required training.
If selected for this role, Managers will receive additional responsibility (outlined in the Manager Job Description), a uniform change, will enter the upper-leadership team, and will receive a pay incentive.
