Each scholar, their supervisor, and the TDC Teacher Coach will complete a total three Professional/Human Relations Dispositions Rubric documents during the Scholar's program. These rubrics require scholars and supervisors to rate the scholar's professional habits, ethical practice, ability to collaborate with others, anability to create a positive learning environment.
Disposition 1: Beginning of the first term
Disposition 2: Beginning of the second term
Disposition 3: End of the last term of the scholar's program.

Sign and date the form.
Share the form link with the supervisor and prompt them to complete it.
