The objective for this project was to make an element and principles of design for k-12 kids to understand. I started with the idea to make a poster that had one or more pictures with a river that said space, then I dropped the entire idea of pictures and just used brushes on Photoshop to make the poster and I got the brushes for a website called brushking. I did the forest to show depth. It was cluttered because all things I did show a form of space. The water with the words space where spaced out to show to help give an idea of space is part of a lot of thing including writing. I feel most pleased with how it shows two types of space which are distance and depth which is what I was after. The one thing I would change is doing the background first because it would have saved me a lot of time so I didn’t have to go in between the tree branches.

The Objective of this project was to make a typography quote with an image that goes with it. I had the idea of doing something from a book or poem but then I had the idea to quote Krieg from borderlands 2 to do something different than what most people would do. The bike made out of meat makes follows the quote word for word since I used a plastic filter to make it shiny. The Words “I have the shiniest meat bicycle!” is something that really makes you think in a creative way since normally you don’t think of a bike that was made completely made of meat. I feel pleased with how to words mixed with the image makes your mind go from thinking normally into thinking in a way where working bicycle are made out of meat. I think I would change how the meat looks in the bike outline in a way to give it some depth.

Photoshop 2018

The objective of this project was to make something that represents you in a self-portrait. I had no really good ideas for this because planning this was hard manly because I have a hard time doing anything that is about myself. Since this project was about me I put in pictures of thing I like (cooking and the color red), do (hunt and trap shooting), and shows a side of me (the weird picture). I’m most pleased that I got it done because like I said it is hard to do anything that is about myself. I really don’t know what I would change because I don’t know what I would do different.

The objective for this project was to make a propaganda poster of a cause. I had a hard time to come up with my idea manly because I didn’t want to do something that was something that other people were doing in class. I used mostly white and black to make a good contrast and I made sure to keep it short and simple. The word I used were meant to be short yet strong so it could make an impact on the viewer. I’m most pleased with how even though there is very little it gets the message across. I can’t really say I would change anything with my project it looked much better than I thought it would with me trying to make the lines to separate the words and pictures from each other.
