What is C4 Conditioning?
C4 is High Intensity Training program for Martial Artists, created by Sifu Collin of Centerline Martial Arts. It's a modular workout formula designed to condition four primary characteristics: technique, power, strength, & endurance. It exists to help prepare the body of the martial artist to survive the demands of combat, and to help non-combat-athlete martial artists achieve a level of elite conditioning at home or the gym.
