From 3rd to 7th February 2020 we had our sencond transnational activity. The meeting took place in the village Nowe Miasto, in Poland. The main objective of this mobility was the design of an ITC tool to work on sexual-affective diversity in the classroom.
DAY 1 (03/02/2020): ARRIVAL OF THE PARTNERS
The Spanish partners arrived to Varsaw in the afternoon and the Greek partners in the evening. Then a van collected them at the national airport and it took them to the village where we have our hotel, Ciechanów.
DAY 2 (04/02/2020): VISIT TO THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION SCHOOL COMPLEX IN NOWE MIASTO.
We spent the morning visiting the European Integration School Complex in Nowe Miasto, where the Polish teachers made a presentation of their school and then we visited some classrooms and watched several lessons. After having lunch at school, we were received in the local village hall by the mayor of the village of Nowe Miasto.
In the afternoon, after going for a walk with the partners, we had a meeting in which we evaluated all the activities we had already done in our project, by using the previously designed evaluation sheets. Finally we filled the quarterly evaluation sheets after debating our opinions. Before the ending of the meeting, the Greek and the Polish teachers exposed their difficulties of introducing aspects related to sexual-afective, gender and familiar diversity in their schools, so that we found possible solutions in order to continue with the implementation of the project in every partner country.
DAY 3 (05/02/2020): DESIGN OF THE ICT TOOL DIVER-MAKER
During the morning we had another meeting to design the ICT tool we are going to make to work in our classrooms the sexual-afective and gender diversity. The tool will be called Diver-maker and the idea is that pupils, through the use of this educative tool, can compose and decompose different characters from a base figure by choosing elements of different categories: hair, eyes, genitals, gender identity, clothes or accessories. We decide that the base figure should be one for the children and another one for teenagers/adults in order to include also the sexual orientation. Finally we decide about the types of pictures we will use in each category.
In the afternoon, we went to a touristic visit to the Old Town of Varsaw.
DAY 4 (06/02/2020): DESIGN OF THE DIDACTIC GUIDE OF THE ICT TOOL DIVER-MAKER
We spent the morning visiting the village of Ciechanów. After having lunch, we went to the Polish school in Nowe Miasto and we had the last meeting. Firstly we dealt about the activity designed for Valentines´s Day: Rainbow couples. Then we focused on the design of the didactic guide for our ICT tool Diver-maker. We thought the guide should include orientations for different levels, so each partner school will make the didactic guidelines for Pre-primary (Greek school), Primary (Spanish school) and Secondary School (Polish School). Regarding the company Diferencia2, they will elaborate a short didactic guide about sexual-afective and gender diversity. Finally, we also defined the roles and responsibilities of each partner institution in the production of this educational resource.
After the meeting, in the evening, we all had dinner in a restaurant.
DAY 5 (07/02/2020): DEPARTURE OF THE PARTNERS
In the morning, the partners departed to their countries.
