Have you ever dreamed of managing the New York Yankees or another professional sports franchise? What about running the “World’s Most Famous Arena”, Madison Square Garden? Today the sports industry totals more than $150 billion in sales annually in North America alone, and more and more colleges are offering it as a major. This course will introduce you to this exciting and growing career field and help you plan a path that will lead to a successful career in the sports industry. Interactive team projects and field trips will enhance the classroom learning.

• Students in 10th, 11th and 12th grade can earn 3 college credits from Farmingdale State College.
