Mission Statement

The Specialized Treatment and Rehabilitation (S.T.A.R.) program is an alternative to student expulsion and/or suspension. It is a district resource for addressing disciplinary and behavioral concerns. It provides students/families with an opportunity for an “uninterrupted” education.

S.T.A.R. is a district program, free to families that provides a positive alternative where students work on personal issues, continue their education, and have access to professional services in the community.

All students enrolled in the Campbell County School District may be referred if they are between the ages of 11 and 18 years old and in grades 5 through 12. Students may be referred by their parents/guardians/administrators, counselors, and/or other district employees.

First time students caught with tabacco/vape products

This is the QR code that all first time students caught with tabacco/vape products and devices are required to complete before the end of their STAR Program assignments. It can be done while in Cubes/IDSP. If caught during the summer they will be asked to do it during the summer as they will not be in Cubes/IDSP. Please scan the code or fill out the registration.
