What is AWARE

In August of 2020, Wyoming Department of Education was awarded a five year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to implement Project Aware in 3 Wyoming Districts. Campbell County is excited to serve as one of those districts.

Project AWARE provides mental health services, substance abuse education and violence and bully prevention education. The grant is designed to supplement existing mental health services within the community while working to remove barriers to care: financial, transportation, etc.

Another primary goal is to collaborate with our community and families with opportunities to learn and grow from each other. We offer parent education nights (dinner and childcare provided), as well as fun events for the family. Please visit our website frequently for exciting things happening this school year.
