All cadets will be inspected at the same time in a common area by the unit’s cadet leaders.
Develop a safety plan to support the cadet inspection portion of the IG. Consider how you will deal with cadets who faint or otherwise fallout of the inspection. At the very least you need a water station, place to sit, and quick access to the school nurse.
I will also certify your range during my visit. Please have the two required forms filled out prior to my arrival. (Forms attached to this email).
