Registration for school

Students new to CCPS

All students need to be registered for school each year.

Returning students: Click the link above!

  1. For those students who are returning to us, parents/guardians will need your snapcode, your login and your password.

  2. Your snapcode was emailed to you. However, if you can't find it call school and ask to have it sent again.

  3. We can also help you with your login so please ask if you forgot it.

  4. You can also change your password if you forgot it.

  5. Once you have logged in, all you need to do it update your information. If nothing has changed, it should be very easy to verify the information.

  6. You can also link new students within the process.

  7. While we ask for a great deal of information, it is to protect your child.

  8. Please have the following information available: insurance info, doctor's name and telephone number, dentist's name and telephone number, names and telephone numbers for any emergency contacts. Remember to delete contacts that you no longer want in the system.

  9. When you finish updating the information for your first child and you submit the registration, you will need to go back into the system. You will import the data from the first child that you registered and then you will be asked about the subsequent student(s) registration health information etc. Please remember to take this next step.

New Students: Click the button "Students new to CCPS" located at the top of the page to the right.

  1. For those students who are new to our district, please register as a new student.

  2. You will not need a snapcode. Just click the link above and create an account.

  3. You will need to answer each question. Please have the following information: insurance info, doctor's name and telephone number, dentist's name and telephone number, names and telephone numbers for any emergency contacts.

  4. You will be given the opportunity to link all of your children attending schools in Carroll County after you have submitted the information for your first child. When it asks if you would like to import information from the first child, say yes! After you have imported information, you will go back to provide medical information for each of your children and answer questions.


Note: If you do not use a computer, please call your school and make an appointment to register. Someone will help you!
