Each of you has a superpower. We are going to find out what it is this year.

Lesson 4.2: What are your superpowers?
Who are you? Take a trip back in time to the beginning of our life. Answer the question.
Read, "Thelma the Unicorn." Who was Thelma?
Ask class, “If I had to ask you for people in your class that were really good at ______, who would you recommend?
Aptitude (Core), Paradigm (beliefs), Competency (good at)
Explain the different intelligences from Gardner: Art, Math/Logic, Physical, Music, Language, Social, Self.
It is easy to figure out about other people, but sometimes it is hard to know ourselves. Bring out the pitcher and glasses.
Say, “I need three volunteers.” Tell the students that the pitcher represents all of the gifts that your were given at birth. You have to tell me how much to put into each glass.
Ask the class if this is correct for each person.

What kind of education does a person in this industry need?

Knowing: showing or suggesting that one has knowledge or awareness that is secret or known to only a few people.

Drama: Rumor, lying or exaggerated reaction to life events; melodrama ; an angry dispute or scene ; intrigue or spiteful interpersonal maneuvering.
How does one fix it? List the behaviors that make it stop.
