Erika's Lighthouse offers a series of We All Have Mental Health activities designed to help parents build mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and foster open, supportive conversations at home. Through interactive exercises and thoughtful discussions, parents can gain valuable insights into recognizing signs of mental health struggles and learn practical ways to support their children emotionally.
