By Georgia law, all parent volunteers must complete training each school year.
1. Download the Parent Volunteer Form below. Print out the form or pick one up at the school office.
2. Watch this 7-minute video (Here).
3. Fill out the form and sign in two places.
4. Turn in the form to the school office.
5. Show a picture ID.
That's it! Now you are ready to volunteer.

•Complete the required child training and notify the principal if a student reveals any sensitive information regarding his/her
safety. Confidentiality is important to staff and parents, so please refrain from discussing any information about
student health, behavior, or performance outside of the school
setting.
•Sign in and wear the visitor sticker at all times.
•Don’t plan to bring siblings or any non-STC children as this is not allowed under our safety and insurance regulations.
•Be professional when interacting with students.
•If you are volunteering near dismissal time and plan to take your child with you when you leave, you must follow regular procedures for an early checkout and sign them out in the front office.
