Pro tip: If you are trying to access your child's Google Classroom, you must first sign out of your account in the top right-hand corner of Google or use "incognito" mode for your child to access his/her account!
(You can switch Google accounts very easily by clicking on your account in the top corner, causing a drop-down menu to appear, and clicking on your child's name.)

What can I do to practice at home?
Practice the current Spelling pattern/s - We have a spelling test at the end of each skill week! Only the spelling pattern will go home--there will be no spelling list to go home!
Read and/or listen to our weekly reading story - it is posted in Google Classroom (GC), or it can be searched on the HMH ED platform in the Elementary tab in Classlink. We have a reading quiz each week!
Practice reading skills in I-Ready
Read (free-choice) for at least 20 minutes EACH night! This will help with increasing vocabulary, spelling, and overall comprehension.
