This is my 12th year at Evans
I have 11 years of 100% pass rate on the AP Studio Art exam (...yeah... I am pretty good at my job) #hairlfip
28 of my students in 2025 passed the Adobe Professional exam to become Adobe Certified. One made a perfect score... (Same test you take if your 3rd year in college.. so again... #hairflip). Also my 4th year decided to get certified in Illustrator, and we had 100% pass rate on this too.
I am a creative direction from industry with specialization in photography, event architecture, and graphic design. What in the world does this mean? I am an instructor, and all of my degrees have been content driven rather than getting a teaching degree. I completed teaching certifications (TAPP) outside of those programs to be able to teach you little darlings.
I am currently ranked #3 in the US for Foodelia in 2025 : Food Photography, #6 in the US for Foodelia in 2024 : #8 currently for 2023
I STILL work as an industry professional currently working for more awards & publications, so chances are, you get to watch me work on real-life industry work. Why is this good for you? I am not only current with trends and demands, but I also maintain connections to pass on to you if you are interested in pursuing this as a career.

I have sleeves (tattoos)... yes they hurt.. yes you should wait until you're older (with $$$ and a career that allows them) to get one... no I will not draw yours until you are rich and famous.
I smile when I am angry....... but you're perfect, right? So... you shouldn't see that. But then sometimes, I smile when I am happy, too.
I lose my mind over poor work ethic... like straight psycho.

I am a proud fur-mama to my four-legged canine (bloodhound) child, Bo Duke.

I am obsessed with the Big Bang Theory. O B S E S S E D. I am basically a mix of Sheldon and Bernadette.
I am obsessed with shopping.
