Personnel

The department is overseen by Lowell P. Francisco, who holds the position of College Librarian I. Mr. Francisco is a licensed librarian with a Master's degree in Library Science. The head librarian is supported by three (3) staff members: Ms. Puriza C. De Leon (Administrative Aide), Mr. Randy O. Cid (Administrative Aide), and Mr. Geofrey M. Almazar (Assistant Librarian).
