Create a Career Action Plan

The final step in career planning is to create an action plan.  It is designed like a road map to help you reach yours goals.  It takes you from choosing your career to finding your first job, and all the way to achieving your long term career goals.  Your Action Plan should identify your short term and long term goals, identify the education and training requirements, develop a job search strategy, identify potential employers, create a resume and cover letter,  and prepare for job interviews.
