Set up coaches' booth and bench locations 3.5 hours before kickoff.
Perform capture testing to ensure all feeds are available and play back smoothly.
Delete previous capture sessions before the game starts
Post Game
Power down power strips in the field and coaching booth junction boxes
Power down power strip connected to the capture encoder devices in the central closet.
Confirm Power Strips at the camera and sideline junction boxes are powered off.
Gather iPads post-game and pack all equipment in their respective trunks. Coaches may take iPads with them, so coordinate with the VC to ensure all iPads are accounted for.
Day Before the Game
Ensure feeds are live from the shooting locations and power strips are powered on.
Ensure the gameday operator has access to the field, coaches booth, and press box.
Gather all iPads and Bolt remotes for the game day operator.
Game Day
Ensure Focus Server credentials are known to the gameday operators.
Ensure feeds are live from the shooting locations 3 hours before kickoff
Log plays during the game
Post Game
Export packages for coaches offline use
Collect any iPads/Bolts/Apple Pens on the field to return to the Tablet Carts
In the Shooting locations, power down power strips in the junction boxes.
