It is a series of calming activities and aids that help to facilitate falling asleep and inducing a restful slumber.
Within the 3 month curation, we design a rest ritual based on your sleep requirements and issues. The design can be used nightly and will be based on a timeline to follow to facilitate calming the mind, relaxing the body, and gently moving you into sleep. The interior design of the sleep space will also be reviewed and recommendations will be given to improve the overall environment for deep rest.
